How to place an order:

While the website is under construction & until a full shopping cart system is in place, all orders should be placed by email.

Simply select the items you want, and send the order in an email to: getskates@gmail.com

Once we receive & verify your order, we will send you a Paypal invoice which shows your total including shipping charges.  You can place your order by following the instructions to pay the Paypal Invoice online using a credit card or electronic check.  We will receive the payment and process your order right away.  (If you do not wish to place the order, you are under no obligation and can simply delete the invoice.  If you want to make changes, email us so we can send a new invoice.)

If you do not wish to pay online, you can also print your order invoice and mail it with a check or money order.  Please note:  Orders by mail will not be placed until we have received the payment, which usually takes 3-7 days from the time you mailed it.  Personal checks will also be held for 7-10 days to clear before items are shipped.

**Orders for Used, One-Of-A-Kind, Closeouts, etc. are considered placed at the time payment is received.  If you want one of these items, we highly recommend paying online so that no one else can purchase the item before you.  If you choose to mail the payment, please understand that the item is still available for sale until we receive the payment, so it is possible that someone else could still purchase it.  In the event that we receive multiple payments for the same item, your payment will be 100% refunded to you.  

Shipping Charges:

We quote shipping charges as accurately as possible based on the estimated shipping cost of your package.  We do not add extra handling charges.  All items will be shipped by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or US Mail, depending on the size & weight of the item as well as where it is being shipped from.  Many items will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to you in order to reduce shipping time and cost.  If you require faster shipping, please email for a quote!
